Do you require continuing education credits or simply want to learn more about case management? Whether your preference is online or face-to-face programs, CMSA has a solution for you. With educational offerings such as CMSA’s WebEDsm or Symposia and specialized workshops at the Annual Conference, and CE programs at the local chapter level, CMSA is providing real-life education for all levels of the case management industry. CMSA’s WebEDsm offers online courses to case managers and allied health professionals serving the case management industry. These courses are self-paced, selfguided and available on-demand, providing a convenient, cost effective training alternative. Utilizing WebED is almost like attending the conference without costly expenses. Essentials of Case Management—Tools,  Techniques, Principles and Practice in Case Management is a 17-hour CE Home Study Course consisting of 14 chapters in three modules. It includes a study guide with 205 questions and PRIME tips throughout to assist users with national exams, on-the-job issues and applied skills.
